遠程控制整組電池(chi)(chi),將指定(ding)電池(chi)(chi)接(jie)入“放電部分”或(huo)者“充(chong)(chong)電部分”進行單節的(de)電池(chi)(chi)核容測試或(huo)者充(chong)(chong)電,實現(xian)逐節測試,保證了母線(xian)上的(de)設備(bei)的(de)不間斷供(gong)電。

二、遠程運維網絡架構
基于現有(you)石(shi)化通信(xin)網絡,研制(zhi)以電池采集模塊(kuai)和遠(yuan)程充(chong)放電裝置為(wei)物(wu)理感(gan)知層;各模塊(kuai)間的(de)通訊及控(kong)制(zhi)為(wei)網絡交互層;智能運(yun)維(wei)平臺軟件為(wei)平臺層的(de)蓄(xu)電池組遠(yuan)程智能運(yun)維(wei)系統。
并充分(fen)的(de)(de)考慮了系統的(de)(de)安全(quan)性,本地設備增加防(fang)人(ren)為誤(wu)操(cao)作的(de)(de)告警及保(bao)護功(gong)能,網絡傳輸使用(yong)點對點加密技術有限防(fang)止數據(ju)劫持。平(ping)臺登錄啟用(yong)人(ren)臉識別技術,嚴格控制人(ren)員操(cao)作權限。

2. 實現庫站供電設備遠程(cheng)監(jian)測(ce)、遠程(cheng)內阻測(ce)試、遠程(cheng)核容等(deng)操作(zuo),遙(yao)測(ce)信(xin)號正常,數(shu)據實時完整上傳;
3. 發現庫(ku)站控(kong)室UPS蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)組故障(zhang),供電(dian)(dian)時(shi)長僅8秒,后(hou)備(bei)時(shi)長失效。某庫(ku)站通信電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)2組蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)供電(dian)(dian)時(shi)長分(fen)別20秒、21秒,整(zheng)組蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)后(hou)備(bei)時(shi)長失效。針(zhen)對隱患庫(ku)站蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)組進行及時(shi)更(geng)換,滿(man)足后(hou)備(bei)保障(zhang)需求(qiu)。
